"Wonderful stay with truly lovely hosts! The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped, and located in a calm area — perfect for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The location is well connected to the Promenade, with easy access to Nice city center and the airport. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp, making everything smooth and stress-free. Secure parking in the basement was a great bonus. We felt very well taken care of and would gladly return!"

"Geräumige, helle Wohnung mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Dusche und Toilette getrennt. Grfoße, umlaufender Balkon. Tolle Aussicht bis zum Cap Ferat und nach Antibes. Garagenplatz in Tiefgarage mit Aufzug zu erreichen. Sehr genaue Hinweise zur Schlüsselübergabe und zum Zugang per Mail. Gute Anbindung per Bus 10 nach Magnan und von dort weiter mit Tram in wenigen Minuten in die Innenstadt oder zum Hafen. Soweit eigentlich eine gute 9. Leider muss man Abstriche machen."

"Der Parkplatz ist für neue und größere Autos viel zu eng und nicht brauchbar. Es ist eben ein haus aus den 70/80iger Jahren. Zwar gibt es Besucher Plätze auf dem Gelände. Das sind aber sehr wenige und selten frei. Im gesamten Umfeld gibt es praktisch keine freien Parkplätze. Das Haus liegt an einem steilen Hang und ist zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zum Teil mit ein paar neuen Möbeln eingerichtet, sonst aber sind die alten Möbel der Vorbesitzer drin. Die Polster Möbel auf dem Balkon haben viele Flecken und sind heruntergekommen. Die Scheiben sind sehr schmutzig und sollten gereinigt werden. Wie viele Bauten in Frankreich kein Schallschutz. Der Flugplagtz ist in Sichweite, allerding kaum zu hören. Die Verwaltung läuft offenbar über eine Agentur, die ist nur in den normalen Arbeitszeiten besetzt. Wir hatte nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die gut englisch sprach: Danke Naomi."
